Service engagements
A service begins only when both parties agree a written scope, fee, timing and responsibilities. Any proposal remains open for the period stated in it. You must have the right to provide all data supplied to us and tell us about relevant security or confidentiality requirements.
Intellectual property and reliance
We retain rights in our pre-existing methods and materials. Once fees are paid, you may use agreed deliverables internally. Results depend on the completeness and accuracy of available evidence; we identify material limitations but cannot guarantee a particular operational outcome.
Liability and law
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, liability is limited as set out in the signed engagement terms. These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts have jurisdiction.
