Before work starts
You may cancel a booked analytics engagement by contacting us. If we have not started and committed no non-recoverable costs, prepaid fees are refunded in full. Where a proposal specifies a deposit, its refundable status and any reserved-capacity conditions will be stated before acceptance.
Work already underway
If you cancel after work starts, we refund the unused portion of prepaid fees after deducting completed work and approved, non-recoverable costs such as specialist data preparation. Completed workshops, delivered analysis and purchased third-party materials are non-refundable.
Rescheduling and no-shows
Sessions may be rescheduled without charge with at least two working days’ notice. Later changes may incur documented preparation or facilitator time. A missed session without notice is treated as delivered unless exceptional circumstances apply.
How refunds work
Request a refund through our contact page or call +44 079 0512 7460, including the engagement reference and reason. We respond within five working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 10 working days. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
